How we check
Every listing shows why it qualifies. This page explains where the roles come from, how we rate confidence and what we can’t promise.
Confidence levels
- HighThe job posting says the employer sponsors visas.168 roles
- MediumThe employer is on an official sponsor register. The posting doesn’t mention visas.748 roles
- LowThe posting offers relocation help but doesn’t mention a visa.154 roles
A sponsor licence means an employer can sponsor visas. Whether a role qualifies depends on things like salary and skill level, so always confirm with the recruiter.
Hand check
On 25 Oct 2026 we checked 50 random listings by hand. 47 were correct.
Relocation offered, but the posting also asks for an existing German work permit
Helsing, Product Manager
Employer is a licensed Dutch sponsor, but this posting asks for an existing Dutch work visa
Salland Engineering, Software Engineer
Name mix-up: the brand “Prima” was matched to a different company on the UK register
Prima, Elixir Software Engineer
All three cases are now caught by the checks (added 26 Oct 2026).
How a role gets listed
- We read employers’ own job boards every day.
Public boards on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable and Personio, plus the Arbeitnow job board. We keep tech roles in Europe.
- We look for evidence.
In the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland and Denmark we match the employer’s name to the official sponsor register. In every country we read the posting for wording about visas, work permits, the EU Blue Card or relocation help. Postings that say they can’t sponsor, or that hedge, are left out. A job board’s own visa flag is never enough on its own.
- We check again the next day.
A role that closes on the employer’s board is removed on the next run. We also check random samples by hand; the latest result is above.
Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland and most other countries have no open sponsor register, so roles there are listed only when the posting itself offers a visa or relocation help.

Limits
Name matching and text reading are automatic and can get things wrong; the hand check above shows how often. A sponsor licence doesn’t guarantee that a given role meets the salary or skill rules. Always confirm sponsorship with the employer before you rely on it. This is not legal or immigration advice.
