About the role
About us Hey there! We’re Lleverage and we’re making AI automation actually achievable for businesses. We enable teams to capture, automate, and integrate AI-driven workflows and agents into their business, because AI is only useful when it actually fits into daily operations. We’re a team of entrepreneurs and innovators, who believe the future of work is 80% creativity, strategy, and human interaction, because AI takes care of the rest.
If that sounds something you want to help build, we’d love to have you on board! About the role As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you start by understanding the customer’s business: how people work, what they’re trying to achieve, and where they get stuck. You work alongside them to turn that understanding into AI workflows and agents that make a meaningful difference.
You stay involved from technical presales through implementation and daily use. Customer environments can be complex, from on-premise ERPs to undocumented processes. You enjoy thinking on your feet, testing ideas, and working through business and technical challenges together. You’ll join our FDE team, working closely with sales, project managers, and product engineering. Success means building something people trust, use, and benefit from. What you will do • Understand the customer: Work with end users and decision-makers to understand their processes, exceptions, and priorities. Help identify what’s worth solving and what a useful outcome looks like.
