Our Tech team builds the software behind the shops, warehouses and delivery. The P&L squad is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer who will spend their time building in the product and learning from experienced engineers. The Role You will work across our Ruby backend and our multi-brand Angular and TypeScript frontend, scoping what to build and how with engineers, designers and product managers, and growing your career in a supportive engineering culture. Key responsibilities: • Full stack features: Help deliver the squad roadmap by building features across Ruby services and our Angular and TypeScript apps, from brief to something a customer can use. • Quality in the pages you touch: Accessibility, states, performance, tests and scripts, using the shared design system. • Ownership: Take features from ideation through to production release and ongoing maintenance, iterating to validate ideas and learn. • Everyday AI: Use authorised coding tools to speed up repetitive work, and check what they produce before it ships.
