Senior Associate, Software Engineer

WisdomTree is seeking a Senior Associate, Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced Software Engineering team and enhance our recently developed Trading and Pricing applications. The role spans front-end and back-end development, working closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into high-quality, maintainable and extensible solutions.

The Senior Associate will work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with the European Technology team and Software Engineering Lead. The role covers the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, release, deployment and post-deployment support.

The role will contribute to both Trading and Pricing applications, helping ensure they remain reliable, scalable and aligned with critical and evolving business needs. Key Accountabilities and Scope • Business Partnership & Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify needs and translate them into clear technical requirements, scope and acceptance criteria. • End-to-End Delivery: Own assigned tasks and projects from discovery and solution design through development, testing, release, deployment and post-release support, managing risks and dependencies throughout. • Trading & Pricing Applications: Develop, enhance and maintain business-critical features across both applications, with a focus on reliable workflows and maintainable solutions.
