About the role
At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 other countries.
How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers.
Right now, we're scaling across Europe and into the US, and we need a Backend Engineer that can carry that weight. This is what you'll do As our Backend Engineer, you'll build the engine behind our platform: designing features that hold up under enterprise traffic, optimizing the paths that can't afford to crack, and partnering closely with Frontend, Product, and DevOps to turn business needs into systems that simply work. Reliability doesn't just happen here, we design for it. You care about clean code, resilient systems, and top notch performance.
