ABOUT THE ROLE Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects focused on new product verticals. Break down initiatives into manageable stages with predictable timelines, making clear trade-offs between speed, experimentation, and long-term scalability. Partner closely with product and data to prioritise high-impact work and maximise business outcomes. Foster a 'bottom-up' product environment where your engineering teams are empowered to propose and lead on new products and features. Understand engineering levelling and scale the team by identifying and filling skill gaps, particularly in areas like experimentation, performance, and scale.
