We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human. As the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace, you will: • Shape the long-term vision for the search and discovery experience. • Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration. • Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions. • Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions.
