Staff Software Engineer - Hosting Services

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join What if you could help shape the next generation of services that make hosting on Airbnb easier, smarter and more rewarding? At Airbnb, we're expanding beyond our core platform to create new products, partnerships and services that unlock opportunities for Hosts and introduce entirely new business lines.

Our Hosting Services engineering team is entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitious plans to accelerate the development of new products and third-party integrations. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can help us turn that ambition into reality. This is an opportunity to shape technical direction, build products from the ground up and rethink how we scale engineering innovation. You'll join an ambitious London-based engineering team, collaborating closely with colleagues in the US, with the autonomy to challenge ideas, influence strategy and create meaningful impact. If you're excited by solving complex problems, building products people genuinely want to use and turning bold ideas into scalable businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
